1. Build-To-Order Flat (HDB)
For customers that have opted out of the Optional Component Scheme (OCS) you can enjoy discounts of up to 15% with us. Only pay for what's installed!

The Optional Component Scheme (OCS) has three parts:

Internal doors: For 3-room flats, this includes 2 bedroom doors and 2 bathroom doors (total of 4 doors); for 4-room flats and 5-room flats, 3 bedroom doors and 2 bathroom doors (total of 5 doors).

Flooring: Vinyl floor strips are provided for the bedrooms, while polished porcelain tiles are used in the living/dining area (including the dry kitchen, where applicable).

Sanitary fittings: This includes a wall-mounted wash basin with tap mixer as well as a shower set with a bath/shower mixer for both the common and master bathrooms.

3. Post-Renovation
Our team will inspect the renovation works done to your home for potential cosmetic and functional defects. The pricing for the post-reno packages varies based on the extent of your renovation works. Our pricing would be decided based on your renovation contract, so do contact us for a quotation.
4. FAQs

What happens during the defects inspection?Trained inspectors will identify minor and major defects and mark them out with colour coded tapes. These defects will then be highlighted based on severity and type of defect (aesthetic/cosmetic or functional) as well. Duration of the defects inspection varies based on the size of the home.

What is a home defects inspection?A home defects inspection is an inspection conducted by trained professionals on your new home to identify various lapses in quality in the building and furnishing of your home by the developer or renovation contractor. Defects found can range from minor to major in severity, and are usually categorised as aesthetic/cosmetic (poor paintwork, scratches, chips, etc.) or functional issues (misaligned doors, faulty locks, etc.).

How long does the rectification process take?The rectification process timeline differs for each project. However, the industry standard for HDB BTOs and SBFs are 14 or 21 working days. As for private Condominiums the rectification timeline is usually about 30 days. You may refer to our defects process timeline here (hyperlink needed) for more clarity.
